2. What Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to fulfill your order:

• Checkout data: name, email, shipping address, payment details. Processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Order metadata: deck selected, options chosen, order total. Stored in Stripe for fulfillment.
• Analytics: anonymous page views and events via self-hosted Plausible Analytics. No cookies, no personal data, no tracking across sites.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and ship your order
• To send order confirmation and shipping updates via email
• To handle returns or customer support requests
• To improve our website based on anonymous analytics
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (only with your consent)

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Plausible Analytics: self-hosted, cookieless, GDPR-compliant web analytics. No personal data is collected or shared.
• Google Ads: conversion tracking to measure advertising effectiveness. Only loaded with your explicit consent. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies: Stripe may set essential cookies during checkout on their domain (stripe.com) to prevent fraud. These are strictly necessary and require no consent.

Analytics cookies (consent required): If you accept cookies, Google Ads (gtag.js) sets tracking cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure advertising conversions. These cookies are only loaded after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which will reset the banner.

Cookieless analytics: Our primary analytics (Plausible) is fully cookieless and does not require consent.

Order data is retained in Stripe for as long as required by German tax law (10 years for financial records). You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time by contacting us.
