When do orders ship?
All orders ship after the meta cycle ends. We batch-ship within 14 days of the meta close date so every deck can be quality-checked before dispatch.

All orders ship from Germany via DHL. Rates vary by destination and order value:

What's included in international shipping?
International shipping rates are all-inclusive. There are no additional fees at delivery. Each rate covers:
- DHL carrier cost (International or Express depending on option)
- Customs brokerage & entry processing fees
- DDP handling — we prepay all duties and taxes on your behalf
- Full tracking from dispatch to delivery
Import duties apply to certain destinations above de minimis thresholds. The United States has a 15% reciprocal tariff on EU goods (HS 9504.40 — trading cards) at all order values. Other countries have duty-free thresholds — duty only applies above the listed order value. All duties are shown as a separate line at checkout and included in your order total.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Germany, all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway — 32 countries in total.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are included in your order total. You will never be charged additional fees at delivery.
The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle customs declarations and duty payments on your behalf via DHL.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. All shipments include full tracking via DHL.
Customs classification
Our products are classified under HS 9504.40 (playing cards / trading cards). We include all required customs documentation with every international shipment. EU-origin goods benefit from preferential trade agreements where applicable.
