EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. See the Widerrufsrecht section in our Terms for the full legal text.

International customers — 14-day return window

Customers outside the EU have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return. Refunds are issued for the full order amount including duties and taxes, minus a non-refundable payment processing fee (approximately 3%). Return shipping is at your cost.

How to return

1. Email orders@riftdecks.shop with your order number
2. We'll confirm and provide a return address
3. Ship the deck back in its original packaging (return shipping at your cost)
4. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Condition

Returned decks must be in the same condition as received: sealed or with all cards, sleeves, and accessories intact. Cards that have been played, damaged, or are missing will not be accepted. Opened card packs cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with photos within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
