1. General

These terms govern all purchases from riftdecks.shop, operated by Luca Eich (Einzelunternehmen), Akazienweg 29, 69502 Hemsbach, Germany. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

RiftDecks sells pre-built tournament decks and individual cards (singles) for the Riftbound trading card game. All cards are official prints in Chinese language, sourced from the secondary market through trusted Chinese distributors. Cards are not factory-sealed product — they are individually sourced singles assembled into tournament-ready decks. Product descriptions, card counts, and pricing are displayed on the product page. Prices are dynamically calculated based on current TCGPlayer market rates and may fluctuate between sessions.

3. Card Condition

All cards sold by RiftDecks are authentic, official Riftbound prints sourced from the secondary market. As with all secondary-market trading cards, cards are not in factory-sealed packaging and have been previously handled.

We target Near Mint (NM) condition for all cards, consistent with industry-standard TCG grading. Near Mint means:

Cards show minimal to no visible wear when inspected under normal conditions
Minor factory-level imperfections (slight edge whitening, minor print variations) may be present and are not considered defects
Cards are fully tournament-legal and functional

In some cases, individual cards may grade as Lightly Played (LP), meaning they may show slight edge wear, minor surface scuffing, or light corner softening that is visible upon close inspection but does not affect tournament legality. This is standard for secondary-market singles and is reflected in our pricing, which is discounted below TCGPlayer market rates.

Every card undergoes quality inspection in our Germany facility before shipping. Cards with significant damage (creases, bends, water damage, heavy play wear, or print defects that affect readability) are rejected and replaced. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you before shipping.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Cards are sourced from the secondary market and are not factory-sealed product
Cards are sold in Near Mint to Lightly Played (NM/LP) condition
Minor cosmetic variations between individual cards are inherent to secondary-market trading cards and do not constitute a defect
Card images on the website are representative and may not reflect the exact condition of the card you receive
All cards are tournament-legal and have passed our quality inspection

If you receive a card that falls below Lightly Played condition, contact us at orders@riftdecks.shop with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer (invitatio ad offerendum), not a binding offer. By completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected items.

The purchase contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email or when we ship your order, whichever occurs first. The 30-minute inventory reservation during checkout does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your shipping destination. Supported currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, AUD, NZD, CAD.
All prices shown include applicable import duties and taxes for your region. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional fees.
Exchange rates are updated daily from the European Central Bank (ECB).
As a Kleinunternehmer (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge German VAT. This applies as long as we remain below the annual threshold set by German tax law.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe in your local currency. We never see or store your card details.
Your card is charged immediately upon checkout.

6. Inventory & Availability

Each deck is limited to a fixed number of units per meta cycle. When you click “Lock In,” a unit is reserved for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout is not completed within 30 minutes, the reservation expires and the unit becomes available again. We cannot guarantee availability. Once a deck is sold out, it is gone for that meta cycle.

7. Shipping & Customs

All orders ship after the meta cycle ends (within 14 days of the meta close date). We ship to 31 countries across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle customs declarations and duty payments on your behalf. Import duty rates are subject to change by government authorities. We reserve the right to adjust international pricing to reflect current tariff rates.

8. Widerrufsrecht (Right of Withdrawal)

Widerrufsbelehrung

Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Luca Eich, Akazienweg 29, 69502 Hemsbach, Telefon: +49 176 5782 5879, E-Mail: orders@riftdecks.shop) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. per E-Mail oder Brief) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Wir verwenden für die Rückzahlung dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben. Die Rückzahlung kann zurückgehalten werden, bis wir die Waren zurückerhalten haben.

Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

9. Limitation of Liability

RiftDecks is not affiliated with Riot Games or any TCG manufacturer. We are an independent retailer of legitimate trading card products. Card prices are based on third-party market data and may vary. We are not liable for price fluctuations after purchase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply additionally.
